She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Merrill C. Beecher and Martha Youry Beecher. She is survived by: her children, Jay Collins of Boca Raton and Julie Collins of Atlanta, Georgia.; her husband Jake Collins; her grandchildren, Joey, Kellen and Maia; her pet Mandy; and her sisters, Pamela Buckley (Jerry), Judith Halverson and Patricia Knight. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
