It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Lorraine Newman in Statesboro, Georgia, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Sarver Henry and Rose Gawlak Henry; her son Todd Newman; and her grandson Adam Veitch. She is survived by: her husband Kermit Newman; her sons, Jimmy (Cathy Newman) and Roy (Connie Newman); her grandchildren, Amanda Caldwell, David Newman, Zachary Newman, Patrik Newman, Kevin Veitch, AJ Abel and Avery Jenkins; and her daughter-in-law Julie Newman. She is also survived by her 5 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery (1992 Macedonia Rd, Statesboro, GA 30458). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
