It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nita Huggins of Statesboro, Georgia, who passed away on August 2, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandson Evan Powers; and her siblings, Susie Rowe, Estelle Denison, Delores Phillips and Donnie Wallace.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Terry Huggins, Sr. of Statesboro; her children, Cendra (Tony Brown), Lorinda (Keith Thompson) and Terry, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Brooke Huggins of Temple; her sister Connie; her brother-in-law Tommy Rowe of Townsend; her brother Daniel; and her sister-in-law Phyllis Wallace of Townsend. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
