She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hardy Lanier and Mattie Clifton Lanier; her husband Carl Bishop; and her son Jimmy Carlton Bishop. She is survived by: her daughter Janis; her son-in-law Rodney Williams of Statesboro; her granddaughters, Sara Williams Smith (Chris) and Hanna Williams Stanley (Daniel); her great grandchildren, Tyler Smith, Mattie Smith, Landon Stanley, Cooper Stanley and Brooklyn Stanley; and her great great grandchildren, Caroline Smith and Evie Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
