She was predeceased by: her father Ronald C. Smith, Sr.; and her husband Milton "Bambam" Bolen. She is survived by: her mother Mary Shuman Sapp (Statesboro); her sons, Autry Bolen (Jekelia) of Atlanta and Dylan Bolen of Atlanta; her siblings, Ron Smith (Whitney) of Statesboro, Anthony Smith (Amber) of Glenville, Ashley Smith (Gina) of Claxton, Rhonda DeLoach (Danny) of Statesboro, Talia Bland of Glenville and Amanda Smith of Claxton; her close friend Michael Allen Boyd of Statesboro; and her grandchildren, Zalyn, Jalyn, Ian, Jacob and Kali. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
