She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Howell; her parents, Mitch Crosby and Inez Crosby; her children, Charles Phillips and Joyce; her son-in-law Ricky Humphrey; and her brothers, Franklin, Bobby, Allen, Douglas, Jimmy and Harold Crosby.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Diana Crosby; her daughter Teresa; her children-in-law, Ronnie Cooper of Statesboro and Regina Phillips of Claxton; her siblings, Linda Rowton (Tenn) of Benton and Tony Crosby (Ronda) of Pembroke; her sisters-in-law, Doris Ann Crosby of Metter, Becky Crosby of East Dublin and Linda Jane Crosby of Jewitt, Texas; her cousins, Francis Crosby (Barbara), Walter (Glenda) and Shug Underwood (Gail); her grandchildren, Lindsey Weaver (Richard), Jennifer Beasley (Jackie), Lee Phillips (Summer), Jerome Parker and Pat Willis (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Terrah, Silas Weaver, Austin Parker (Kayla), Avery Beasley, Tristan Willis (Renee), Isaac Willis (Kenleigh), Brianna Parker, Aiden, Andrew, Amelia and Adelaide Willis; and her close friend Betty Spivey of Brooklet. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
