We are sad to announce that on December 24, 2021, at the age of 70, Mamie Bryant of Statesboro, Georgia, born in Screven, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Miller and Nora Miller; her husband Henry Lee Bryant; her brother Ervin Miller; and her grandson Derek V. Royal II.
She is survived by: her children, Sonya Reason of Statesboro, GA, Jeannette Bryant of Statesboro, GA, Henry M. Bryant (Anessa) of Statesboro, GA and Ranada Royal of Jonesboro, GA; her stepson Tyrone (Shaun) of Newington, GA; her sisters, Arlene Taylor (William) of Sylvania, GA and Reta Smith (Henry) of Atlanta, GA; her siblings-in-law, Larry Bryant of Sylvania, GA, Angie Whosendove of Guam and Barbara Bynes (Alphonso) of South Carolina; her daughters, Yolanda Edmond (Corey) of Statesboro, GA and Tina Cooper of Statesboro, GA; and her friend Lisa Rowland. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, COVID protocols will be followed and there will be limited seating. Masks will be mandatory.
