She was predeceased by: her father Howell Collins; her husband Robert "Bobby" Hendrix; her brothers, Edward Collins and Bill; and her sister-in-law Thelma Collins.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna; her son-in-law Dale Lanier of Portal; her grandson Clay (Pattie Lanier) of Claxton; her great grandchildren, Gracie and Gavin Gibson; and her sister-in-law Joyce Collins of Metter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
