She is survived by: her husband Woodrow Burns; her children, Felecia Burns-Fleming (Sherman) of Midway, GA and Ronald Woodrow Burns of Statesboro, GA; her grandchildren, Zialand Jaquez Burns of El Paso, TX and Brianna Christine Burns of Statesboro, GA.; her siblings, Roy Smith (Judy) of Asberry Park, NJ, Geneva Smith of Asberry Park, NJ and Lamar Smith (Mildred) of Portal, GA.; her siblings-in-law, Mae Alston (Benjamin) of Statesboro, GA and James Burns (Shirley) of Warner Robbins, GA.; her godsons, Corey Hills, Andre Hills and James Jenkins; and her daughter Janice Mikell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
