He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Dye and Delma Taylor Dye; his sister Virginia Dye; and his daughter-in-law Kathy Waters. He is survived by: his wife Savannah Flight Safety; his stepchildren, Paula White (John), Steve Waters, Tracy Williams (Rusty) and Lisa Elko; his grandchildren, Charlie Walker (Joseph), Andrew Waters (Jaydie), Kenneth Knight (Amanda), Kasi Boni (Louie), Kayla Wolfe (Brian), Rusty Williams Jr. (Kelly) and Brittany Elko (Luke); his great grandchildren, Levi Walker, Aubree, Ava Knight, Catherine Williams, Caroline Williams and L. B. Boni; and his siblings, Donz (Patricia) and Betty (Burton).
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Joiner Anderson Funeral Home.
