She was predeceased by: her daughter Teresa Gordon-Caldwell. She is survived by: her children, David Carl Smith (Debra) of Augusta, GA, Wonda Rawls (Ronald) of Statesboro, GA and Jeffery Smith of Statesboro, GA; and her siblings, Henrietta Whitfield of Statesboro, GA and James Garbett of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
