He was predeceased by: his parents, J. C. Hines and Henrietta Hines; and his brother Joe Hines. He is survived by: his daughters, Holly Hines Cesario (Brian), Heather Hines Reddick (Chad) and Heidi Hines Stills (Paul); his grandchildren, Hailey Cash Crunkleton (Ken), Dylan Cash, Joshua Phillips, Jake Bland, Blair Chapman (Scott), Tucker Stills, Brice Cesario and Nikki Cesario; and his great grandchildren, Jordan Crunkleton, Payton Chapman and Merrin Chapman.
