James Thomas Cannady Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Thomas Cannady of Statesboro, Georgia, born in Daisy, Georgia, who passed away on October 19, 2022 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Cannady and Sarah Cannady; and his stepfather Franklin Crane. He is survived by: his wife Charlene Miller Cannady; his sons, Thomas Wayne Cannady (Rikki) and Ashley Miller; his grandchildren, Kylie Cannady, Karson Cannady, Kenzie Cannady and Fisher McMillan; his great grandchild Jaxon Cannady; his sisters, Marilyn Page, Mary Anne Kicklighter (Johnny) and Lennie McGowan; and his stepsisters, Debra Ebbing and Deanie Alexander. He is also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to Ellabell United Methodist Church Building Fund.
