He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry B. Waters and Frankie Waters of Statesboro; his daughter Pamela Waters Brinck; his son-in-law Norm Brinck, Jr.; his sister Sylvia Ann Waters Glisson (Eugene); his grandchildren, Amanda Brinck and Andrew Brinck (AJ); his aunt Annie Mae; and his sister-in-law Suzy Anderson. He was also cherished by friends and family.
