He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Peters McCorkle; his children, Gary Chadwick McCorkle (Tanya) of Register, Heidi M. Shaw (Dale) of Nevils and Skie M. Hollingsworth (Joe) of Statesboro; his grandchildren, Noah McCorkle, Kathryn McCorkle, Mattilyn Shaw, Sawyer Shaw, Eli Hollingsworth and Molly Hollingsworth; his great grandchild Adeline McCorkle; his siblings-in-law, Jill Beverly (Fred) of Talbotton, GA and Charles Peters of Rutledge, GA.; and his pet Izzy.
