With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eugene Rawls Sr. of Statesboro, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 23, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Rawls-Carter (Danny) of Garland, TX, Eugene Rawls Jr. of Garland, TX, Dennis Rawls (Jackie) of Beaumont, TX and Trellis Hairston of Tampa, FL; and his brothers, James Rawls (Rosa) of Statesboro, GA and Randy Rawls of Savannah, GA. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grand children.
