He is survived by: his siblings, Ara S. Best of Columbia, SC, Dorothy Ann "Dot" Lance (Joe) of Weston Lakes, TX, Perry Lee Spivey of Columbia, SC, Rev. Jimmy Lee Spivey (Judy) of Statesboro, GA, James Edward Spivey (Margaret) of Statesboro, GA and James Junior Spivey of Charlotte, NC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
