He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Winge and Myra "Gail" Arnold Winge; and his brother Anthony "Todd" Winge. He is survived by: his son Josh Winge (Savannah); his grandchildren, Addison and Matthew Winge; and his sister Stephanie Cowart (Timothy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
