He is survived by: his sister Martha Alice; his wife Sheryl Franklin of Colquitt, GA; his children, April Giddens, John Giddens (Angie), Sally Musgrove (Curtis), Taylor Giddens (Kynslie), Jamie Nef (Jeffrey) and Thomas Giddens (Candi); his siblings, Rev. James Wilson Giddens Jr. (Linda) and Martha Nesbit (Gary); and his aunt Betty Lane. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
