It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Williams Lipsey (Statesboro, Georgia), who passed away on January 8, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Williams and Ida Bell Jackson Williams; her husband Franklin Grady Lipsey; her sons, Darren Williams and Anthony Williams; and her grandmother Marie Jackson.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Lipsey Coppock (Marcus), Stacy Lipsey Johnson (Will), Monica Lipsey and Grady Lipsey. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
