She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Hodges and Myrtis Hodges; her husband William Robert Donaldson; her sons-in-law, Carson Deal and Kenny Dickey; her grandson Robert Kevin Deal; her siblings, Jewel Deal (Morgan), Nancy Lanier (Swanson), Frances Williams (Carl), Henry Hodges Jr. (Hazel) and Bill Hodges (Margaret); and her grandmother Dot.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Dickey, Doris Deal and David Donaldson (Sheri); her grandchildren, Kimberly Rollins (Garnie), Amy Alderman (Ashley), Lindsey Glisson (Jeremy), Andy Donaldson (Abby) and Adam Donaldson (Jessica); her sister Elizabeth Collins; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Donaldson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory (502 Miller St Ext, Statesboro, GA 30458). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
