It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Don Edwin Wilson Sr. of Statesboro, Georgia, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Wilson and Lee Bertha Love Wilson; his grandparents, Eddie "Peter", Bessie Wilson, Levi and Sallie Love; his uncle Woodrow; his aunt Helen McClain Wilson; and his sister Bonnie Wilson Malave.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria Moss Wilson of Statesboro, GA; his son Don E. Wilson, Jr. of Statesboro, GA; his siblings, Ricky Wilson (Sabrina) of Prince George, VA, Sandra Parker (Larry) of Atlanta, GA and Felicia Dunlap (Eric) of Atlanta, GA; and his grandchildren, Michael Jacobs, Tyler Jacobs, Ti'amber Wilson and Dallas Wilson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
