Rouse of Statesboro; and his children, Twyla Mancil Jones of Statesboro, Diana F. Rouse of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Matthew Mancil of Statesboro and G. Richmond Mancil of Lakeland. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
