We are sad to announce that on April 21, 2022, at the age of 57, Debra Kaye Cogell Akins of Statesboro, Georgia, born in Texarkana, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Glen Cogell and Carol Renee Torkelson Cogell. She is survived by: her husband Richie Akins of Statesboro, GA.; and her siblings, Susan Renee Johnson of Shreveport, LA, Harry Otto Cogell of Texarkana, TX and Steven Glenn Cogell of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
