He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Nancy T. Lewis; and his brothers, Loren Lewis Sr. (Audrey) and Lloyd Lewis (Donna). He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and close friends.
