She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleveland Mincey and Helen Mincey; her husband John Wesley Murray; and her siblings, Melinda Faye Johnson and Rev. Charles Ray Dekle.
She is survived by: her children, Ricardo Lawrence Davis, Candace Harris (Marcus) and Joanvenessa Murray (Terry); her godchildren, Tammy, Leslie McDowell, Marjay, Vanchea, Douglas and Crump; her siblings, Gordon Mincey, Charlotte Jean Joiner (Terry) and Marilyn Martin (Roosevelt); and her close friends, Hazel Lee Allen, Laura Blackwell (Sherman) and Jimmy Wilkins. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
