Mills, Timothy Woodberry of Navarre, FL, George Forward, Jr. of Hollywood, Octavius Forward of Hollywood, Carlton Forward of Hollywood, Jackie Forward of Hollywood and Cedric Forward of Hollywood. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
