We are sad to announce that on January 8, 2023, at the age of 79, Carolyn R. Wells (Statesboro, Georgia), born in Savannah, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Lee Wells. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Andrew Wells (Judith Johnson) of Midway, Raleigh Thomas Wells (Rebecca) of Ellabell, GA, John Wayne Wells (Kitty) of Ellabell, GA and Matthew Shane Wells (Erica) of Statesboro, GA; and her siblings, Sue Long of Pooler, Quinell Elmer of Stockbridge, GA, Nancy Sosiet of Lilburn, GA and Burnell Raburn of Savannah. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; five great grandchildren.

The family requests that memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
