Key; his granddaughters, Tiffany Formby (Samuel R.) and Jennifer Gutierrez (Victor); his great grandchildren, James Gutierrez, Carolina Formby and Samuel A. Formby; his stepsons, Jeffrey Hodges (Kathryn) and Jason Hodges (Lynn); his stepgrandchildren, Kaitlyn Hodges, James Hodges, Justin Hodges (Lexi), Jordan Hodges and Ansleigh Hodges; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Cash Hodges and Daisy Hodges.
