She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Milsap and Hattie Mitchell Milsap; her children, Tammy Yvette and Thurman Charles Jr. of Statesboro; her husband Dr. Thurman Clemons; her grandson Thurman Charles Clemons III; her siblings, Azrie, Lucious, Sam Jr., Willie, Booker T. and Those; her daughters, Kimberly Clemons of Statesboro and Amy Clemons, MD of Statesboro; her granddaughters, Camille and Jasmin Clemons; her siblings, Hattie McDonald and Ike Milsap (Joyce); and her siblings-in-law, Eddie Clemons (Dorothy), Helen Clemons and Mary Ann Clemons.
