He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dutcher and Marla Dutcher (Lang); and his brother Ronnie Dutcher of Savannah, Georgia.. He is survived by: his son Matthew Dutcher; and his siblings, Renata Crow, Arlene Smith (Danny) and Norman Dutcher. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
