He was predeceased by: his parents, Barney Holt and Ola Mae Martin Holt; and his brother Jimmy Holt. He is survived by: his wife Anita Holt; his children, Randy G. Holt, Sr. (Carol), Ricky G. Holt (Monica), Timothy E. Holt (Lindy), Teresa J. Horner (Steve), Michael E. Holt (Soni), Rayann M. Campbell (Bryan), Douglas T. Mentor (Merri), Joseph D. Mentor, Olivia I. Card (Chevy) and Selena I. Sutton; and his brother James "Buddy" Holt. He is also survived by 37 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ASPCA, 199 Willow Run, Aiken, SC 29801 in memory of Mr. Holt.
