He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Strickland and Birdie Heidt Strickland. He is survived by: his wife Terri; his children, Kim S. McDonald (Wade), Thomas C. Strickland, III (Amy) and Ryan H. Strickland (Kelly); his grandchildren, Logan McDaniel (Morgan), Noah McDonald (Casey), Joshua, Emma, Jonah Strickland, Samuel, Simon, Silas, Abigail and Abraham Strickland; his great grandchild Malcolm McDonald; and his siblings, Frances Bryan (Robert) and Marvin Strickland (Gail). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
