He is survived by: his wife Ruth Malphus; his daughter Mindy Tebeau (Patrick); his stepchildren, Brenda Coursey, Lynwood Edwards (Deborah) and Mark Edwards (Patty); his son-in-law Tim Usher; his grandchildren, Josh Usher (Taryn) and Jessica Nelson (Zack); and his great grandchildren, Stetson Mase, Tenlee Usher, Cooper Nelson and McKenna Nelson. He is also survived by 5 step-grandchildren; 9 step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
