She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jim" Szokoly. She is survived by: her daughter Gayla Simmons (Bobby); her grandson Kolton Simmons; her parents, Elmer Frye and JoAnn Frye; and her siblings, Jackie Cox (Timothy) and Elmer Wayne Frye (Sherri). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
