She is survived by: her children, Ron Lewis of Plant City, FL, Lee Hayward of Ellabell, Ann "Marty" Lilly of Coco, FL, John Lewis, Jr. of Clyo, Mark Lewis of Cape Coral, FL and Frankie Lewis of Guyton; and her sister Vickie Denis Davis of Douglasville, GA. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

“I just noticed on her page that pat passed away Jan. 4 noone told me but I always called her granny pat not sure if related but she knew my grandma and grandpa and others in family havent talk to her in ages untill about few years ago I got in touch with her I was planning on visiting her after I have my hip replacement surgery soon...I am saddled my granny gone I will missed her very much and love my granny pat she was a very sweet lady who will be missed dearly.. sorry I will not be able to come to the funeral as I am not able to walk and few health issues plus as I mention the family has not notified me anyway”
