She is survived by: her husband Jerry Collins of Springfield, GA; her parent Nora Wells of Louisa, KY; her brothers, Dr. John Wells (Lavada) of Indiana and Bob Wells (Cathi) of Louisa, KY; her children, Gene McKenzie (Kelley) of Midway and Rachel McKenzie Powell (Bob) of Midway, GA; and her grandchildren, Brandon McKenzie (Mikayla), Nathan McKenzie (Heather), Austin McKenzie and Addison Powell. She is also survived by extended family and friends; and her beloved dog.
