He was predeceased by: his son Michael Waters; and his siblings, Madison Gordon, Danny Gordon, Larry Gordon, Kim Gordon and Glenda Gordon.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Jean Gordon; his children, Anna (Peter Brennan), Michelle (Glenn Sikes), Vicki Waters Morton, Wendell Waters and Barry Waters; his brother Don; and his sister-in-law Sharon Gordon. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
