He is survived by: his children, Mindy Tebeau (Patrick), Andria Adkins, David McKendree (Lisa), Brenda Panther (Pete) and Janet Carlisle (Debbie Fleming); and his siblings, Aubrey, Bob, Jodie, Jerry, Sip Duncun and Wanda Pewitt. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
