She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Jacoby Sr.; her children, Joshua and Dana; her brothers, Roger and Matt; her grandchildren, Cody, Brittney, Tony, Justin and Cole; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Kaiden, Skylar and Lily. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
