Devisscher, Jr.; her children, Emily Nicole Mowers (Robert David Mowers, III) and Jude David Devisscher; her grandson Robert David Mowers, IV; her parents, William "Bill" Bailey and Katherine Bailey; her sister Leesa Bailey (Dustin Fort); and her parents-in-law, David Elwood Devisscher and Blenda Joyce Devisscher. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and her special circle of friends.
