Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Johnny Hathaway of Springfield, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 74, on December 12, 2024. He was predeceased by: his parents, Imogene Hathaway and Johnny Hathaway. He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his son Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Naomi Hathaway; his daughter Danna; his son-in-law O'Neal Jones; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Jaden, Jack, Cason, Darcy and Emersyn; his brother David; and his sister-in-law Debra Hathaway. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the One Savior Church (289 Harley Rd, Guyton, GA 31312).
Never one for spending money on temporal things, Johnny requested that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor to the International Mission Board and the Home Mission Board through the Georgia Baptist Convention.
