She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hodges and Lois Hodges (Boyles); her son Randal Wesley Miller; her brothers, James Robert Hodges and Edward Leavon Hodges; and her brother-in-law Carl Bowers of Springfield.
She is survived by: her grandson Jordan Wesley Miller (Megan) of Glennville, GA; her great grandchildren, Braxton Wesley Gowin of Rincon, GA and Ryleigh Claire Miller of Glennville, GA; her sister Joyce Bowers; her sister-in-law Betty Jean Hodges of Springfield, GA; her nieces and nephews, Pamela Ratliff (Tommy), Melissa Corbitt (Shawn), Terri Bowers, Heath Hodges (Cindy) and Toby Hodges; her daughter-in-law Laine Moody Bragg (Chris); her granddaughters-in-law, Kaylan Marie Bragg of Glennville, GA, Crystal Bragg, Elizabeth and Eryn; and her caregivers, Teresa Wilcox, Brenda McKeever and Kellie Murray.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home, Effingham Chapel (2460 GA-21, Rincon, GA 31326). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Ogeechee Area Hospice, 200 Donehoo Street, Statesboro, GA 30458.
