We are sad to announce that on September 27, 2024, at the age of 71, James Douglas Burns of Springfield, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Elise Burns; his wife Marcia Burns; and his father James "Jim" Burns. He is survived by: his close friend Tracy; his son Jarrid Douglas Burns; his siblings, Vera Waters and Tracy Burns (Cathy); and his siblings-in-law, Ardie Morgan, Eddie Morgan, Timothy Steed (Jenny) and Denise Rahn (Bubba). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Silver Hill Church.
