He is survived by: his wife Reneè Newton McKenzie; his children, Katherine Buchanan of Savannah, GA, Lisa McKenzie of Columbus, OH, Melissa Burnsed (Jack) of Brooklet, GA, Brian McKenzie (Alexis) of San Antonio, TX, Melanie McKenzie of Starke, FL and James Garner (Kristy) of Springfield, GA; and his sister Doris Higgs (Herbert) of Lyons, GA. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
