We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2024, Frances Thomas of Springfield, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Helmly and Lettie Helmly Zettler; and her stepfather Clarence Zettler. She is survived by: her children, Steve Thomas (Jeannie) and Cathy Bazemore; her grandchildren, Britini Blackmore (Jonathan), Gage Govero (Amber), Alex Thomas, Casey Smart (Jonathan), Kaci Govero and Rebecca Thomas (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Ariyah Covington, Tormund Blackmore, Ava Govero, Boone and Phoebe Smart; and her foster brothers, Donnie Skipper (Faye) and Bennie Williams.

In Lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the choir at Frist Baptist Church of Springfield, 1435 GA Hwy 119N Springfield GA 31329.
