He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Rudolph Shuman, Sr. and Addie Mae Driggers; his wife Mary Louise Weitman Shuman; and his siblings, Doris Lovell, Thelma Randall, Elvie Wilson and Lewis Shuman.
He is survived by: his daughters, Michelle Kellar and Terri Johnson (Craig); his grandchildren, Brandi Selling, Blake Johnson, Brooke Johnson and Breanna Johnson; his great grandchild Memphis Selling; his sister Margaret Widener (Wallis); and his sister-in-law Nell Nease (Henry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
