He was predeceased by: his parents, George Augustus Lang and Mary Enecks Lang; his uncle Corley; his aunt Lib Rahn; and his sister Karen Lang Hinely.
He is survived by: his wife Karla Calhoun Lang; his granddaughters, Courtney Eugene Lang, Ariane Robin Wilson, Nyssa Ellen and Ailith Robin; his son Jacob Earl; his daughter-in-law Ragen Thornton Lang; his brother Thomas; his sister-in-law Mechelle Lang; his sister Rita; his brothers-in-law, Marvin Hirsh, James Hinely and John Savage; and his cousin Joan Kessler (Rahn). He is also survived by five nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Lang would like everyone perform an act of kindness or donate to a charity of their choice.
