He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Edwards and Amelia Edwards; his wife Charlene Edwards; his sisters, Valarie and Ollie; and his stepson Mark Underwood.
He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth Edwards of Springfield; his grandchildren, Brynndan Edwards of Indiana, Shelbi Edwards of Springfield, Bryson Edwards of Springfield and Joden Edwards of Springfield; his siblings, Bartow Edwards (Bonnie) of Springfield and Marshie Proctor of Rincon; and his stepdaughters, Ilaree Tillman of Bulloch County and Charlotte Stone (Joey) of Springfield. He is also survived by 12 step grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
