He was predeceased by: his parents, Rubin Morgan and Annie Laura Morgan. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl I. Smiley and Billy I. Morgan; his grandchildren, Elizabeth "Diane" Hutson (Mark), Joshua Smiley and Jacob Morgan; his siblings, Judy A. Rahn and Steve Morgan (Vondell); and his brother-in-law Henry "Bud" Boyles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
